This is a very informal, casual, friendly walking group. Our intentions are to walk, talk, share and support. 

 

• Weekly no matter the weather!

• Family, friends and four-legged furry companions most welcome.

• We laugh, cry, chat and discover common connections and new friendships. ​

• There are different paced groups - usually three, so something to suit most levels of fitness.

• We plan other events. 

• We enjoy a cuppa and conversation afterwards in the cafe.
