Our programme is an educational and experiential process, we promote science backed information and aim to give you practical tools you can use to help yourself.

This programme will start at 2pm on Monday 2nd March and finish approximately 12pm on Thursday 5th March.
If you are wishing to fly into Queenstown, please let us know so we can coordinate airport pickups. There is an additional costs for shuttles. You may wish to add on a day either side to explore the Queenstown-Wanaka Lakes area.
Accommodation will be across 3 beautiful holiday houses. The programme will be hosted at the largest home.

Meals are mainly plant-based with protein such as Organic Chicken or Fish. Moderate dietary needs are provided for.
People having chemotherapy, those with allergies or chemical sensitivities can feel unwell from perfumed products, so we request that you minimise the use of these products while on the retreat.
The retreat is an opportunity to lessen digital use. We just ask that you be mindful of other participant’s when using your device.
